UpToDate

Wolters Kluwer’s UpToDate is one of the most widely used e-resources of evidence-based clinical content.

The editorial team, consisting of a multitude of expert clinicians, reviews current medical literature and following a strict selection process, identifies, processes and synthesizes evidence-based research results providing valid answers to questions related to the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

The aim is to empower healthcare professionals and to support them in making correct clinical decisions to improve patient care and outcomes.

Access to UpToDate is sponsored by the School of Health Sciences Dean's Office and is available to the academic community of the School of Health Sciences.

Access is acquired either by physical presence on the Library of the School of Health Sciences premises or remotely by username authentication. For the later, it is required to register the database using a computer at the Library of the School of Health Sciences (a renewal of your personal account will be required every 90 days by using only the Library’s computers). Once registered, you can install the UpToDate Mobile App.
